My curiosity about people, cultures, and business models drives me. I listen without judging — a natural gift that became a professional calling. Since my formal training in 2016, I combine this curiosity with deep business understanding to serve executives authentically.
Having lived in six countries and worked with leaders from over 30 cultures, I bring rare intercultural competence to every engagement. I can empathize equally with a CEO or a blue-collar worker — having spent 10 years working in construction as a school pupil and student.
